Roll-off dumpster permits are required in some cities in and around the Denver Metro Area. Every city has its own policies when it comes to dumpsters that will be placed on public property. For example, some cities require the hauling company to get the permit while other cities require customers to apply for the permit. Therefore, it is important to check dumpster permit requirements BEFORE renting a dumpster.
Roll-Off Dumpster Permit: Denver Residents
First of all, Denver residents who want to place a dumpster on the street must apply for a permit. Permit pricing depends on the location of the dumpster and the number of days the dumpster will be on the street.
Denver dumpster permits for residential locations
Affordable Roll-Offs is happy to help customers living in residential areas of Denver get permits. However, please note that permit pricing is determined by the city of Denver. Therefore, Affordable Roll-Offs does not control the price. The price of the permit will be shown on the bill from Affordable Roll-Offs or other companies. Please call us at 303 339 0293 for current rates and additional information.
Denver dumpster permits for busy streets
Dumpsters that will be placed on busy streets require some planning. As a result, the city of Denver asks these permits to be placed 5 to 7 days in advance. Similar to permits in residential areas, the city of Denver controls the prices of the permits. The price of the permit will be shown on the bill from Affordable Roll-Offs or other companies. Finally, it is important to note that the permit only allows a dumpster to be on the ground for a total of 180 days in a consecutive 12-month period. Because of this, it is important to plan ahead before placing a dumpster on an arterial street.
